I went on there site beginning in May it’s easy enough yo change a flavour so I just wasn’t myself this day. So I phoned ip to speak to them as I also wanted some chocolates as well, o had a E voucher that’s was mainly my problem, I wasn’t to sure I had done everything properly. I got one of the best customer service agents I have ever been in touch with not just on Hotel chocolate I mean every her name was Alice. Not only do I advice every one to try hotel chocolate just remember if you. Need customer services and you get Alice you will be in fantastic hands she sorted things out for me I’m no time. Thank you Alice. So very much. One up for Hotel chocolate the most beautiful chocolate I have ever tasted, give it a try you really do not know how gorgousr it is.
