Went to the Harrogate store today. Very disappointed that they had none of the 70% dark batons (our favourite). However Poppy was really helpful, suggesting alternatives and pointing out the selectors made of the same chocolate. She was knowledgeable about the chocolates and very cheerful to chat to. We might not have been able to buy what we intended, but left having had a nice experience and with a suitable substitute.
