Very disappointed with Hotel Chocolat. Paid extra to get a name day delivery for a special occasion and they delivered three days late. The 'tracking' information on the web site was useless as it just kept updating to 'in transit'. What is the point of offering a fixed date delivery if you cannot fulfil it?Also, they used Amazon for this delivery and if I'd known I would have ordered from a third party like John Lewis. Edit: changed to 3 stars because, although I would still hesitate to order directly again, the customer service from the second person I dealt with was helpful as they offered to replace the order straight away, but I wish it hadn't taken two attempts to sort this out.
