I have since discovered that my card was charged twice for this amount: the initial transaction at 5:26pm, and a second, unauthorized charge at 1:00am the same day.This situation is both confusing and distressing, and I am deeply concerned that my card details were used without my consent during the early hours of the morning. I kindly request that you investigate this issue as a matter of urgency and provide an explanation for the duplicate charge. Furthermore, I am concerned that other customers may have experienced similar issues without their knowledge.There is no email address or sn active live chat available, despite the website indicating otherwise, which has been a significant disappointment so far.
