Not Hotel Chocolat’s fault but the courier, Amazon, left my parcel at a derelict house, clearly visible to anyone passing by and the box with £75 worth of chocolate in there has been stolen, along with a second box ordered by my daughter. I understand Amazon is being used for a trial period - please stick to Royal Mail!
