Extremely Disappointing Service and False PromisesI ordered from Hotel Chocolat, paying extra for express delivery with the expectation that it would arrive the next day, as stated on their website. However, my order didn’t arrive on time and was delayed by several days. Despite the promise of quick delivery, it became clear that they didn’t intend to meet that commitment.When I contacted customer service, I received vague responses with no real explanation. Although they offered a refund on the delivery fee, the entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. I expected much better from a company that advertises premium service. I won’t be ordering again.
