I took advantage of the Easter 50% Sale but was not able to complete the purchase online although I did try twice. It ended up with me telephoning HC and my order was dealt with by Dan very well and he was able to take all the details down and my order was complete. Although two payments had already gone through he did advised me that they would be reversed, to date one has I am still awaiting the second one to be reversed but will chase that up tomorrow if not done by then. My order was received today a day late from my 24 hour promise but that was Royal Mail's fault.
