My diffuser broke after a few months. Apparently that was past the warranty, therefore they would not replace it. The customer service is HORRID. It takes forever on hold, and they constantly say they cannot help and transfer you to someone else, continuing the process of waiting on hold. (Their chat bot customer service just refers you to their phone number, so they don't provide help either.) I have also had the wrong oils sent. It is so difficult to reach someone to help with issues, but they will BOMBARD you will calls to try and upsell you to the next level of diffuser. Even when I tried to cancel, they keep trying to sell you a different subscription! It's awful, and NOT worth the headache.
