More expensive than other better performing options, 3-4 times the cost per fluid ounce for same hotel inspired oils. My first shipment arrived with leaking bottles, they made me take pictures and send, now no response. Additionally the bottle leaked half the oils into the diffuser bottom, no idea how. Even worse, I tried to unsubscribe from monthly subscription and the website won’t without a phone call, and only during Mon-Friday work hours. Not one response to my many email attempts. Wish I’d have seen the reviews.

Misleading Shipping Information

The website claims that the international shipping fee covers duties and taxes at checkout, but that was incorrect! I ended up paying an extra $40 to receive the product. Additionally, I ordered three diffuser sets, and the website indicated I would receive a free travel spray, which I did not. While I enjoy the scents, the overall customer experience fell short of expectations.

Extremely Disappointed with the Service

I want to convey my EXTREME DISAPPOINTMENT with the service provided by the company. They persistently called me to present their products, and I agreed to learn more. However, none of the commitments made to me were honored. They charged me an outrageous fee for activating a monthly plan ($345.00), promising a refund if I canceled within 30 days. I was not satisfied with the product, especially given the price quoted. I even have recorded conversations with their representatives that support my claims. I returned the products within the agreed 30 days, yet they are now refusing to refund the exorbitant $345.00 charged for the plan activation. In summary, do not trust their offers, as they do not uphold their promises regarding returns if you decide against their products... This company has ZERO credibility. Avoid them to spare yourself the frustration I experienced.

Lack of Communication and Delayed Order

I placed my order for a diffuser on December 5, 2025, and have reached out to the company via email without receiving any response. Although my investment may not be as significant as others, I am left wondering if I will ever receive my product. Perhaps I should give the company more time before raising concerns.

DANGEROUS CANDLE EXPERIENCE! BROKE WHILE LIT! I ended up with fire and melted wax all over my table, staining and damaging a costly surface. Luckily, I was at dinner when it happened; otherwise, it could have led to a serious fire. This has never occurred before! There was a lot of black smoke from the wick. Additionally, another candle arrived in a shattered container. I ordered diffusers, but they sent random scents instead of what I requested. The diffuser's scent is extremely weak. I will not be returning.

Avoid this company at all costs

I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. Unfortunately, I've realized this too late after buying a pro pod and a diffuser. The customer service is far worse than the one star I've given. Not only do the machines and scents fail to cover the advertised area and consume more oil than claimed, but the service is truly appalling.
1. I was enrolled in a membership costing £99 per year without my consent.
2. When I ran out of oil, I couldn't adjust my subscription, meaning I missed out on member discounts and had to pay full price.
3. I've received half-empty bottles that needed replacing.
4. Delivery times are excessively long.
Most recently, I received the wrong scent and now must obtain a return label, pay for my own packaging, and return the incorrect item before they send me the right one. This situation is costing me money to fix their error. I urge you to stay away from this company.

Impossible to cancel

Impossible to cancelI have tried to get in contact numerous times to cancel my subscription but it just gets ignored. The US phone number nobody answers the phone. They do not answer emails. I have had to get my bank to block charges but somehow they still charge me from another account. Beaware!Do not use this company.

Faulty diffusers, no assistance from customer service

We ordered 8 of the studio pro diffusers for our storefronts and have had 4 of them stop working. When we reached out to them multiple time for assistance, they informed us that the motors are only strong enough to run for 2 hours per day, however their website states "for best results, run 4-6 hours daily". I then spent an entire month trying to cancel the oil subscription.

Well I ordered one candle and I received a flat sealed popcorn envelope with a thank you or ordering and a return slip but NO CANDLE lol so far no response from them

Check your bottle when received half full

Anyone that has purchased the scent for your device check how much they send. I have received 2 bottles and both are half full I emailed them 3 times and no response which confirms how they are ripping people off. And paying almost 40-50 dollars a bottle it should be full.
