Helpful on the phone during office hours.Cons: Staples on the underside not all flush - causing damage to flooring and injury during assembly. I reported this and didn't recieve any acknowledgement or apology.No assembly instructions were delivered. I called to ask for a pdf or link - none was available. It's not that difficult to assemble but it would have saved 2 phonecalls and 20 mins of my time to include instructions. To assemble the bed you have to pierce the fabric covering to use the fitting bolts (presumably voiding any right to return). £150+VAT to return the bed and headboard seems excessive.The headboard is wobbly when fitted. I sent a video to them and they said that's how they are supposed to be.Not a great experience tbh. I was expecting something more premium. Maybe suitable for a bulk buyer for budget hotels.
