We bought 4 beds from Hotel Contract Beds. The customer service staff were really friendly and helpful. We were really happy with the quality of the beds and mattresses, when they arrived.The only slight issue we had was that the beds come with non lockable casters as standard so rolled about on the hard floor. When I contacted customer service they sent out different feet called gliders but maybe this could be included in a drop down menu when purchasing- ‘will your bed be on hard floor or carpet?’ Just would have saved a bit of faffing.
