No WiFi, no internet room phone, filthy shower/tub, pool and spa out of commission, I’m charged over 150.00 dollars(which I paid in good faith, prior to registration. These shortcoming were discovered after payment was processed. This was a horrible experience and a huge stain on the name of a company that used to reflect excellence, without question. Will not return and will give bad reviews to anyone who will listen.
