This site is a scam. We were without power for 7 days and were attempting to get a hotel room. They "supposedly" found us a room with a confirmation number. The Confirmation number was bogus. Now we have been trying to get our refund back now going on 3 weeks. They refuse to let you escalate your call and will hang up on you. Each time you call back they try to wear you down by telling you we are sorry, it will take at least 2-10 days.
