Tried the reservation line 1-800-760-7718 and after being on hold for 20 minutes with a recording stating a LIVE representative will be with you shortly, they hang up on you. We are a California law firm that was charged by this site for a reservation on 1/10/2026 that we believe is fraud. I have disputed the charge with our credit card company, but simply wanted to speak to an agent to verify. Having the ability to incorrectly charge people and not being able to contact any live breathing person makes this the perfect site for fraudulent activity, and Hotel Planner clearly does not care. Take the money and run. This booking site should be avoided at all costs and investigated for it's business and consumer practices.
