I was booking a 1 night stay with Hotels.com & accidentally clicked the wrong date on their calendar for check out. (This reservation was for a last minute stay in a couple of days). When I got my confirmation I realized it. I needed 1 night stay they charged me for 3 nights. I message them immediately via their chat system (no number to call). They gave me the run around for 2 days. They finally cancelled my entire reservation instead of just the 2 nights & charged me $64.00 for a service fee. They told me their max was $50.
The hotel agreed to refund the entire amount.
I cancelled all future reservations with them as well!! Never again!!
