I booked a hotel in Nashville for my daughter, who needs a C-section there. The website didn't mention a $100 deposit for incidentals, which I could have managed. Upon her arrival, the hotel refused to accept her debit card for the deposit and wouldn't allow my credit card to be used over the phone, despite it being the card used for the booking. They took my money and dismissed us. After spending over an hour on the phone with the support team, we received no help. I chose not to buy insurance, trusting I would meet my obligations. I feel wronged.
