Well m back. It has been over the 7 to 10 days. They say that my funds were put back into my checking account and I still haven't seen a dime. What does it take to get a refund. The pace where we are going to stay has canceled that reservation and I still haven't received anything. I wouldn't complain normally but when you take money out of our accounts without our permission, it is a major problem for us. Now I have made reservations thru the hotel itself. Not hotelsone.com. Please refund my money.
