It was SO EASY to book online! I was shown what rooms were available, how many were left, and the prices. I booked quickly and still have the ability to cancel up to 14 days before my arrival date. I don't need to pay when booking. Easy as pie!
I found it difficult to book multiple rooms. Ended up having to make 3 bookings.
Was prevented form making all the bookings together, had to log in again and the price for same rooms and nights cost me £50 more. A CON!!
While checking in, I asked for a room on the 2nd floor. I would be alone in the room and didnt feel comfortable at 69 to be on the ground floor. The gentleman was helping me when Summer (the manager)stepped into our conversation to tell me that wasn't possible. My sister-in-law was also checking in, Summer gave her a second floor room. We asked if I could switch into that room and we were told no. This made no sense to us! This manager needs a good long class in Hospitality because quite frankly she was anything but. Needless to say, I wound up in a room close to the freeway off ramp, it was a joy. I doubt I'll be back.
I thought I was going to the Elandra hotel site which was offering a stay for 3 nights pay for 2 special and unfortunately and confusingly ended up on your site which charged me for the whole 3 nights with no chance of a refund or changing anything this is a complete ripoff I am $300 out of pocket because of my experience with you ...honestly
It's quite challenging to grasp the room amenities. On my mobile device, it doesn't clarify occupancy, nor does it specify which sofa beds are pull-out, even though all images depict similar-looking sofas. The family room description states '1 king bed' without mentioning the two twin beds shown in the photo. Additionally, my call didn't connect me directly to the hotel, where the staff could provide accurate information. Instead, I was led into a phone labyrinth of options, requiring multiple selections and explanations to finally reach a representative who was not well-informed about the hotel and only had access to a slightly enhanced list of details. The entire process took far too long and remains unclear. I have very little confidence in this experience, and I'm already feeling uneasy about the trip. They need to improve significantly.
This review reflects my booking experience. Initially, the hotel's website lacks clarity on whether specific rooms accommodate dogs, making it necessary to call for confirmation. When I called, I was connected to a representative in a different country, which resulted in frustrating delays in communication. I struggled to understand her and had to repeatedly ask her to slow down and clarify her responses. Ultimately, she couldn't address my question and had to transfer me to the hotel, which was my original intention. This was quite annoying. After obtaining the necessary information, I faced issues with the booking page, which consistently rejected my details, claiming a mismatch despite using the same information for other transactions. I nearly gave up! However, the representative at the hotel was very helpful. Please improve the clarity of your pet policy on the website!
After inquiring about a price difference for a previous reservation made through a booking platform, the staff suggested we could modify our plans by canceling the booking and contacting the motel directly. The savings were significant. We truly value the helpful advice provided.
