I booked a reservation at the Davenport Hotel, Spokane through these clowns. The hotel cancelled my reservation an hour before I arrived with no explanation. There was no answer at the hotel to find out why, so I called Hotelone, and they refused to refund my money despite the fact they took money for a reservation the hotel cancelled on me! THESE GUYS ARE RIP OFFS! I am filing a claim against both the Hotel One and the hotel. NEVER, EVER USE THESE GUYS!
