This review reflects my booking experience. Initially, the hotel's website lacks clarity on whether specific rooms accommodate dogs, making it necessary to call for confirmation. When I called, I was connected to a representative in a different country, which resulted in frustrating delays in communication. I struggled to understand her and had to repeatedly ask her to slow down and clarify her responses. Ultimately, she couldn't address my question and had to transfer me to the hotel, which was my original intention. This was quite annoying. After obtaining the necessary information, I faced issues with the booking page, which consistently rejected my details, claiming a mismatch despite using the same information for other transactions. I nearly gave up! However, the representative at the hotel was very helpful. Please improve the clarity of your pet policy on the website!
