On my mobile device, it doesn't clarify occupancy, nor does it specify which sofa beds are pull-out, even though all images depict similar-looking sofas. The family room description states '1 king bed' without mentioning the two twin beds shown in the photo. Additionally, my call didn't connect me directly to the hotel, where the staff could provide accurate information. Instead, I was led into a phone labyrinth of options, requiring multiple selections and explanations to finally reach a representative who was not well-informed about the hotel and only had access to a slightly enhanced list of details. The entire process took far too long and remains unclear. I have very little confidence in this experience, and I'm already feeling uneasy about the trip. They need to improve significantly.
