It was a nightmare trying find my reservation made on HotelsOne...the confirmation email or confirmation page never showed up BUT they immediately put the larger than we expected charge on my credit card. Also found out another entity was involved EuroBookings.com. Many phone calls finally got someone to send me reservation page which I was prepared to show the screen shot when I checked in. Also found out the resv. was nonfundable. Surprise. HotelsOne no help
A knowledgeable person from EuroBookings was my salvation. Would never use HotelsOne again
