The service confirmed my reservation and then canceled it just before I arrived at the hotel, leaving me stranded. Their customer service was hard to reach, had no viable alternatives, and offered a credit instead of a refund. I had to find a new hotel on my own and wasted $60 on rides to both the scheduled hotel and the new one, which I wasn't reimbursed for. AVOID THIS SERVICE! It's worth it to pay a bit more for peace of mind.
