I arrived at a hotel where I felt completely unsafe as a solo female traveler. I called to express my concerns about the unsavory individuals loitering outside. I used to rely on this service frequently, but now, I’m reconsidering my choices. I just needed a refund for this booking to rebook elsewhere, but they did not address my concerns.
