TOTAL RIP OFF Booked hotel through hotel tonight and was charged $85. When checking in I signed a recipient showing they were only charged $69.50. I sent a picture to hotel tonight and this was there reply. I checked with them and the fact that you have been presented this erroneous receipt was a billing issue on their part. The rate you paid on HT was, indeed, the lowest rate available. The front desk agent confirmed to me that the rate available that night through the hotel directly would have been much higher than the rate you got with HotelTonight. I'm sorry for the confusion, and I'll be following up with the hotel's management team to make sure this doesn't happen again.
