Booked a room with a following day instead of today's date because of default set up. Called customer service right away for correction and they denied to make any change even though it's an error. Spoke to supervisor and same response that they dont make any change even through it's an error. Can a company survive with such a hawkish approach towards customers? I guess no. No business or website can last unless it has some responsibilities towards customers and this website management is ethically bankrupt in terms of customer service. Very short term attitude! As a customer I consider it as a dead business.
