They have the default payment as Apple Pay so if you accidentally click, you have now booked a room you may not have wanted - this is what happened to me. When I called them right after, it took 30 mins to get through. Once I did, they then told me to call Expedia which didn't get anything solved. This is such a skeezy company and I will NEVER use them again. No one else should either. They claim that I "did not call within 3 business days" to dispute it, meanwhile, i called as soon as I accidentally booked. Absolute trash and disgusting.
