Hotel tonight is the most inflexible hotel reservation app out there, and in this age of COVID they should be more accommodating . DO NOT USE. I made an error in entering dates and once I booked it the credit card was charged. I immediately emailed them to let them know I made a mistake and to ask to change dates and they totally refused. This was their joke of a reply:I know this was not the way you expected your plans to go. We try our best to give you all the info you need in advance when you book with us and I know you did not intend to book with incorrect dates.I looked into all possibilities for you but we were not able to change your dates dates. All reservations made on HotelTonight are final and non-cancelable; our goal is to always attempt to find the best resolution for our guests whenever situations like yours arise. I hope you understand. As the hotel is still holding this booking for you, I highly encourage you to take advantage of the reservation instead.
