BEWARE: When you select 1 star out of the 5 stars, that users choose from for review, it transfers you to a new window. If you aren’t paying attention, it’s easy to miss that the new window has all 5 stars selected. It does that no matter how many stars you select the first time. Most the 5 star reviews are customer complaints. No way those people meant to give them 5 stars.Hotel Tonight use to be great, not sure what happened to them over the last year. Prior to 2021, I was able to get refunds without problems (if there was a mistake with my reservation or the hotel was not as advertised). The app was user friendly until they changed it. Now the app runs more like a hotel search engine…by the time you get to the page to complete your purchase, everything is sold out or they tack on additional exorbitant fees make your reservation more expensive than booking directly with the hotel. AND, they seem to have a bogus up charge if you want to add breakfast…they do this at hotels that I know for a fact offer free breakfast.
