Used to love it, but today they messed up badly. Did a successful booking but there was no room available in the hotel. So I called hotel tonight and the overbooking was confirmed. The agent asked if I want a refund or a voucher. After one hour driving out of town we get a call from them telling us the booking was eventually successful and that we won't get a refund. Very disappointing and therefore never again! I'll stick to my booking account from now on as they are reliable
