This company is trash. Their app kept crashing on me while booking, and I couldn’t log in again, so I booked elsewhere. Fast forward 2 weeks and my credit card is charged for a hotel that I didn’t even know had booked. After AN HOUR on the phone with customer service, they tell me they can’t refund. This company is a scam. BEWARE! I am a very frequent traveler and I will never never never use this app again. Go use booking.com instead, they are a legit company who know what customer service is.
