STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!I booked a 1 night stay in Pensacola FL on June 9th 2021 at a Quality Inn. Cheap rate and I needed a place to sleep on my drive from Florida to California. I pulled up to the hotel and saw that 80% of the rooms were occupied with people that have been misplaced during the pandemic. Rooms had personal belongings overflowing out into the corridors and the parking lot. The hotel looked more like a camp than a hotel. Safety was definitely an issue.It's wonderful that hotels are providing shelter for those in need but before booking a stay, you should be given these facts through the booking company. I tried to contact Hotel Tonight but there was more than a 2hr wait to speak with someone. I ended up driving further to Mobile AL and not using my booking through Hotel Tonight. Upon my return to California I contacted Hotel Tonight and they offered me a $25 voucher to use with them on a future booking. Definitely a joke after I paid them $125 for a service I could not use.Horrible customer service. Horrible business. Greed is all they have. Do yourself a favor and book with another company that will value your loyalty.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!
