I recently booked a 5 night stay at a hotel through Hotel Tonite. I inadvertently booked the wrong week and immediately called the company to see about modifying the dates. Or even to get a credit for future use. I have used this company multiple times the past few years, but yet they would not work with me at all. Would not modify the dates, would not offer credit for future use, would not cancel. Please be aware that Hotel Tonite does not value their customers and will not offer ANY customer service. Beware of Hotel Tonite! Please share for the sake of other travelers. I just lost over $600.
