STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I booked a room in a hotel nearby the hospital where I was to have a procedure. The day of the procedure they sent me a note saying the booking was a mistake and wouldn't be honored. Minimal apology and their idea of "exceptional customer service" was to tell me they would refund my money. I ended up 13 miles away from the hospital thanks to their incompetence
