We booked the Fairmont Copley Plaza Hotel in Boston. The rate was $240. The rate on the Fairmont website was $450.00. Check-in was a breeze. We were given a Deluxe King Room. Absolutely, no issues or problems. I have read other reviews where guests do not like the hotel they booked. That is not the fault of Hoteltonight. Do your research, read the reviews of the property, ask the property about added fees such as $35 resort fees and incidental charges paid directly to the hotel. Not liking a hotel has nothing to do with the booking engine used. Also, the type of room booked is up to the hotel itself and not Hoteltonight. If you are picky and want a certain room type with a specific view, always book direct. Lastly, after making your reservation with Hoteltonight, call the front desk of the hotel and confirm they have your reservation.
