I booked a hotel for my daughter and made a typo on the email address. We called to give the correct email address so she could get a confirmation to be reimbursed through her company. We were told they couldn't do anything we would have to go through her email. We couldn't because it was a non-existent email address. They told us that we would be out the money. We were on the phone with this problem for over an hour. It is better to use someone that has better customer service.
