Soon was apparent whyRoom had blood on walls and sink full of cigarettes.Went downstairs and guy gave me 100 back after viewing roomSpent over an hour on phone w Hotels Tonight and they finally make a big deal out of they are cancelling w no penalties and $ credited to Hotel Tonight Account and will come off reservation for different hotelDidnt want to argue so booked Hampton in Nashville for $276Was charged on my credit card in full for both reservations, the $153 did not come off 2nd reservation as promised.Now on phone approaching an hour with nice lady who is English challenged arguing they need to refund as I dont want $153 in Hotel Tonight account as will NEVER USE AGAIN
