They are letting hotels use them to trap costumers. They would use perfect picture on their website and app but once you booked room, it has nothing to do with the pictures. Absolutely horrible and a Trap. I spend 10 hrs to get help cancellation and they did not helped me. No cancellations or refund. It’s Catfish/ scam. Do not trust the pictures. Zero help or solution.DO NOT USE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY! YOU WONT GET WHAT YOU SAW!
