I have stayed at this hotel before and never knew rooms like this existed here or anywhere - so so bad!! Guy at the front desk told me what else do you expect if you book with hotel tonight. Point taken, I learned my lesson and will never make this mistake again. Then to add insult to injury I waited about 30 minutes just to reach a live person at hoteltonight and couldn't even understand them when they did answer. That was a wasted 30 minutes since they did nothing to help. I really need to check reviews BEFROE I pay for something.
