Needed to change the date due to mistake when booking. Customer service available through chat only and held un waiting for 1,5 hours in lobby of hotel not able to checkin, afterwards said that date was corrected. It was NOT. After waiting again, advised that they cannot change date or cancel booking due to hotels reservations department rules. Called hotel reservations and got that resolved in no more than two minutes.
