Buyer BEWARE- I used their app to find a hotel for the first time, found one, entered my card info to pay and checked out. I got a message saying that the room I wanted was unavailable. I then noticed that my card was charged the full amount of the hotel of $209. I thought ok I have a room, never received an email with confirmation- I called and was told that I in fact did NOT have a reservation and my funds would be “refunded in 7-10 business days! What BS - charging for something you don’t own, then saying well someone else reserved the room because you weren’t fast enough! This company is a RIP OFF! If they do this 100 times a day, that’s $20,000 of monies they are using everyday to fund their payroll on products they can’t sell! This I’m sure is probably illegal! I will NEVER use them again! Sites I use “hold” the reservation you are trying to get for a specific amount of time to allow you to book. I have NEVER had this BS happen with any other website or company!
