I’m sharing my experience to help others avoid a similar situation. My account was blocked over 13 months ago, and I still can’t access my earnings. At the time of the block, the service mentioned a 180-day review period for balances, but more than a year later, nothing has changed. When I reached out to the support team, they informed me that the block is now indefinite and that they cannot provide a re-evaluation or explain the reasons for it. I was simply directed to the Terms of Use. I understand the need for security, but I'm concerned about the lack of clarity: no explanation for the block, no transparency about the held balance, and no possibility for appeal. I hope this serves as a caution to new users: if your account gets blocked, it may be inaccessible indefinitely, even if you followed the rules. I wish the platform would enhance its transparency and communication with creators.
