Ordered digital course from creator via Hotmart platform. When accessing the course it was empty. Asked for a refund same day. Which the bot processed straight away. Refund showed pending on my account. Two days later Hotmart charged my card again for the same amount. I now still have no refund and their support keeps on telling me that they only see the original refund request and not the new charge. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
