Bought and received the HOTO car duster / vacuum.On the manual, it says, when fully charged, the lights stay on. Mine doesn’t. After awhile, the lights go off. So not sure if it fully charged.Another question about the usage is, ‘does the vacuum and blower work simultaneously at the same time?I have emailed customer service to get an answer but to no avail.Note/ the product was sent in a Jiffy bag and not boxed up for protection. Package received has a tear. I can imagine the package was thrown around during despatching and transit.
