I purchased a handheld autocare air duster and vacuum, which arrived on 27th November but was faulty and completely non-functional right out of the box. I reached out to customer service to request a refund and sent a follow-up email, but I have not received any response whatsoever. This is extremely disappointing as a customer — not only did I receive a defective item, but I’ve also been ignored in my attempts to resolve the issue. At this point, I cannot recommend this company due to their poor quality control and lack of customer support. I am still awaiting instructions on how to return the item and get my refund.
Bought and received the HOTO car duster / vacuum.On the manual, it says, when fully charged, the lights stay on. Mine doesn’t. After awhile, the lights go off. So not sure if it fully charged.Another question about the usage is, ‘does the vacuum and blower work simultaneously at the same time?I have emailed customer service to get an answer but to no avail.Note/ the product was sent in a Jiffy bag and not boxed up for protection. Package received has a tear. I can imagine the package was thrown around during despatching and transit.
HOTO sells cheap and ineffective products, but the worst part of their business is their commercial behaviors that are PITIFUL. We bought some HOTO products on Amazon a few days back; everything was returned with great dissatisfaction. NEVER AGAIN. HOTO products are cheap, ineffective and TOO EXPENSIVE for what it is.Be aware that HOTO sells on Amazon; If you are seeing one of their promotions, forget it, HOTO TOOL has made them so they are just a CHEAT, they will just fool you, it is not an honest Cie, it is a CHINESE SCAM.HOTO do not like NEGATIVE comments, as they are selling their BAD CHINESE MADE GOODS in North America. HOTO have tried to shut us down on Amazon, reason I will put negative comment on HOTO everywhere else. HOTO 3.6V Cordless Screwdriver is very family friendly - super light-weighted, with neat design and finish, easy to handle, and functional. It makes it super easy for ladies like myself to use (without turning to the guys). Highly recommended!
I got HOTO Cordless Power Washer hoping to use it for these smaller tasks and I can confidently say, it works well for that, such as washing windows, as a deck sweeper, car wash and similarly light short jobs. This works well for me as an easier to use and quick to get out and put up washer.
HOTO inflater (Portable) is small enough to keep in my trunk. Because of the battery and the fact that this is a pump, it's not the lightest thing ever, but it is easy to pack around. Easy to charge as it uses USB C, I use this as an emergency pump in case I have a flat( which I had 3, sad luck for me)."
I bought a HITO Laser Measuring tool and was dubious when I first bought it but so far it's held up nicely for 3 months. It is a little small for me (i have large hands) but otherwise it work well, the battery life is great (recharge with a USB). Anyway, good stufff.
The Hoto Spin Scrubber has quickly become my go to tool, and for good reason. The appearance that impressed me at first but I didn't expect it to be very practical. It does an excellent job of bathroom cleaning making household tasks easier and more efficient.
