I purchased a handheld autocare air duster and vacuum, which arrived on 27th November but was faulty and completely non-functional right out of the box. I reached out to customer service to request a refund and sent a follow-up email, but I have not received any response whatsoever. This is extremely disappointing as a customer — not only did I receive a defective item, but I’ve also been ignored in my attempts to resolve the issue. At this point, I cannot recommend this company due to their poor quality control and lack of customer support. I am still awaiting instructions on how to return the item and get my refund.
