We booked the repair for our washing machine online on a Friday, and were given an appointment on Monday. This was far quicker than we expected and the overall service was excellent. Particular praise for Gemma, the engineer, who quickly identified the problem, fixed it, and checked everything was working properly before leaving. She was very friendly and professional.
