Dreadful experience today. Engineer visited to repair washing machine that is only six months old and still under guarantee. Wouldn't even look at it as he wanted to see the receipt. I had popped out and left my husband to sort out. We had not been told anything about a receipt. Spent an hour on the telephone and advised that I should not have been asked for receipt, now have to wait another four days for a repair.Thanks for the reply, have you tried to contact your company?
