Tumble dryer only got tepid heat - taking 2-3 hrs for one load laundry to dry so booked an engineer to come out on 21st November. Engineer serviced machine - said air is warm - pointed out not normal to take 2-3 hrs for one load of laundry to dry- tried to get me to buy laundry drying balls and said after service the machine was fine.LIES! couple hours after he left put a wash on and when it came to drying it still hardly no warm air from machine, still 2-3 hrs to get one lot of laundry dry. Not good especially when I have a child with special needs who has a bowel condition and laundry is a daily task in my household due to this. Re-booked for another engineer to visit on 28th November only to get a text today off Hotpoint stating the 28th’s appointment has been cancelled and re-booked for 1st December without anyone consulting me. Already gone 7 days not able to use it now have another 10 days in total from first engineer visit on 21st November to the second engineer visit on 1st December before it’s looked at again and fingers crossed actually repaired this time.
