I don't know what is worse, Hotpoint or the repair service. I have a Hotpoint fridge for a while now and has been issues for the 3rd time now. Same issue, cold air not going up on the top shelf. I have an insurance with them and again, booked a visit, after 1 week. I cannot choose the best time for me, I cannot even choose morning or afternoon. Got an email the they should be in my house today, between 8am and 11pm. Booked a day off to be here. At 6.30am have received a message that TONY will be here at 7.20am (earlier than planned). I needed to take my son to work, and came back at 7.27am. Off course he rang my bell at 7.23am, spoken with him through the camera and off course, he could not wait 4 minutes. ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH. Run from it! God knows when they will be back. Will find another insurance company for sure.
